Random Pics

We have had a really awesome week! This was basically our only week at home all summer without one of us having to work or go somewhere. We enjoyed sleeping late, lounging around the house, and spending lots of time with our little one. We leave tomorrow for another trip and then it will be time for Brian to start back to work. I will have a couple more weeks off! We hope your summer is going well and that you are staying cool. Here are a few pictures from our week at home!

This week we bought Ryleigh a new life jacket for the pool. As you can see, she loves it. She even wears it around the house. She loves to go swimming and jump in the water from the side of the pool now. She is turning into a little fish. We have a baby pool in the backyard and she could stay in it for hours! I am so glad she is not scared of the water like I was when I was little.

For the first time, Ryleigh actually sat down to watch some TV. It only lasted about 5min,but it was more than she has ever watched before. I just thought she looked so cute sitting in her big girl chair enjoying Sesame Street.

Here is Ryleigh helping me clean up her toys. She needs a little persuasion in the clean up department, but for 15 months she is a pretty good helper.

This is a new outfit daddy picked out. She wore it to church on Sunday! I couldn't resist a quick picture!

Finally, this is a picture of Ryleigh doing her most favorite thing...pulling every thing out of a bag. She is a pro in emptying a bag...especially a purse. She looks so innocent as she destroys the contents. Maybe she has a future career as a security guard at an airport. HA!
