Ryleigh Update!

Well...I know many of you have been wondering where in the world I have been. Well, I have been very busy. I have had so much to tell you, but our internet has been down at the house. So, I finally decided to find another location to try and update. Here it goes!

#1. My Baby is TWO!!!! Yes, on March 27th two years ago my little baby made her grand entrance into our world. She was 7lb. 6oz. and 19in. of pure joy. Today she is 32lbs. and 35in. of sweetness, personality, energy, brains, and attitude. I still cannot believe she is really two. Everyone says that time flies when you have a child, but I never really understood until I had Ryleigh. I can't put into words how much I love her. She is the pride of our lives.

#2 My Baby is POTTY TRAINED!!! Yes!! Over spring break we really hit potty training hard. I thought I was going to give up until summer after the first three days, but she finally got it! She still sleeps in a diaper, but she is in pannies the rest of the time. We are able to go out in public and not have accidents. Let me tell you...that was very scary the first time. All I did the whole time we were at church was ask, "Do you need to potty?" After the 3rd time, she looked at me in disgust and said, "I say no, mommy!" It was so cute. So now I just let her tell me. I do remind her if I feel it has been too long, but for the most part she lets us know. She does pretty well at school and at Shana's as well. I know it will only get easier the older she gets. Praise the Lord for saving money on diapers!!!!!

So those are the major things happening in our life right now. Between potty training and having a birthday party, our lives have been pretty much consumed. I really feel like I need another spring break to catch up on my sleep. I did post some recent pictures, but I still have more to post. So plan on seeing birthday pictures and 2 year old pictures in the very near future!
